PRODUCTS Crane rail fixing clips Gantrail rail fixing clips allow fine adjustment for alignment but are self locking against the force from the crane. They can be fixed by bolting or welding to the structure. The Gantrail Mark VII Pad has Continuous Steel Reinforcement Encapsulated in an Environmentally Resistant Elastomer Rails on concrete - Sole plates, holding down bolts and grout Rails on concrete need to be mounted on steel sole plates. These are fixed with holding down bolts. Cement, epoxy and polyester based grouts are widely used in supporting and fixing crane rails. Gantrail will design the installation and supply material as required. Individual Sole Plate Installation at a Dockside Crane rail Gantrail can supply the right rail for the job. Crane and railway rail section shown in standards are not all readily available. Not only can Gantrail supply the Rails, we can prepare the ends for other purposes i.e. Expansion Joints Crane girder surge connectors (tie backs) Cranes in large buildings apply significant forces at the top of the gantry (runway) girders. These forces often cause premature failure of traditional surge connectors. Gantrail’s unique design has proven itself in many years of service. Gantrail work with our skilled technical teams to supervise and/or install rails all over the world. Where design codes specify requirement, these are followed otherwise Gantrail rely on their many years of experience all around the world. Calculations are a normal part of our support for customers.
